Processing Time

In-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days after your order is placed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery estimates vary by carrier but typically fall within 3–5 business days after your order has shipped (U.S. only).
Pre-Order Items
Items marked as pre-order are not in stock at the time of purchase.

Pre-orders are estimated to ship approximately 4–6 weeks from the date of purchase.

Please note that this is an estimate and shipping dates may be subject to change based on production or supply chain delays.

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship together when the pre-order is ready unless otherwise noted.
If you prefer to receive your in-stock item(s) sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. For any shipping issues, we encourage you to first contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
